CLIENT POLICIES

ScHEDULING

Rescheduling:

Clients have up to 24hrs before scheduled appointment to reschedule appointments. Please try to reschedule to avoid late cancellations fees.

Cancellations:

Clients have up to 24hrs before scheduled appointment to cancel without being charged late cancellation fees. (Example: If you're booked for an appointment Wednesday @ 2pm, you have to cancel appointment by Tuesday @ 2pm to avoid late cancellation fees.)

Same Day Cancellations:

Client will be charged 30% of the service booked to the card on file. If the card declines, Meko will reach out by text or email to inform you. At that time, you will have 24 hrs to send your amount by PayPal (paypal.me/StylesByMeko) or Zelle. If payment isn’t received, then you will banned from booking. (Respectfully find another stylist)

No Shows:

No Show Clients will be banned from booking future services & charged 50% of service price to card on file 30 minutes after appointment start time.

Cancellations due to COVID:

If you start having symptoms or test positive days before your appointment, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. If feeling sick the day of your appointment, please call or text Meko (318)475-8270 and inform her ASAP to refrain being charged same day cancellation fees.

Payments

Methods of Payment:

 At this time I am only accepting cash, zelle, & debit/credit payments at time of service.

For any late cancellation fees, they will be paid through paypal or zelle. (paypal.me/StylesByMeko) 

​

There are additional fees for appointments scheduled on Sunday & Monday (additional 30% of service) & for appointments made outside of normal business hours. (additional 30% of service)

COVID 

Anyone who enters into Vibez Beauty Bar must wear a mask at all times.

​

Only clients being serviced are allowed in the shop at the time of clients appointment. (NO EXTRA GUEST)

 

Reasons to cancel your appointment or not schedule an appointment until you aren't experiencing any symptoms & quarantine:

- positive Covid test result (quarantine)

- having Covid symptoms (quarantine)

- just feeling sick 

- received a negative test result, but still experiencing covid symptoms

- exposed to someone who tested positive (quarantine still)

Please understand that I do have a family that I return home to daily & will do the best I can to prevent the infection of COVID spreading. Continue to wear your masks, practice social distancing, and quarantine if needed.
